Microsoft Publisher was retired on October 1, 2026, and .pub files no longer open in Microsoft 365. PUB File Viewer opens them on Windows and shows each page with its layout, fonts, pictures and colors as close to the original as possible.

It is a viewer. It does not edit .pub files.
Complex effects such as WordArt or cropped pictures may look slightly different from the original.
Files from Publisher 97 and earlier open, but non-English text in those old files may not display correctly.
