Duplicate Cleaner for Google Forms™

Someone submitted your form three times? Find duplicate responses and delete them in one click, even when your form doesn't require sign-in.

How it works

1. Open your form and choose Add-ons → Duplicate Cleaner → Find duplicate responses.
2. Pick the question that identifies a person, such as name, email or phone number.
3. Choose whether to keep the first or the latest response.
4. Review the list. Responses marked in red will be deleted.
5. Download a backup (CSV), then delete.

The add-on only accesses the form you currently have open. It runs inside your Google account and does not send your form or responses to any server of ours. Read the Privacy Policy.
