This policy explains how SoyaTools ("we") handles information when you use our Google Workspace add-ons, including Duplicate Cleaner for Google Forms™ (the "add-on").
With your permission, the add-on accesses only the Google Form you currently have open (scope: forms.currentonly). It reads the form's questions and responses and, when you choose to, deletes selected responses. It also displays a sidebar inside Google Forms (scope: script.container.ui).
The data is used only to find duplicate responses, show them to you, create a backup file you download, and delete the responses you confirm. Processing happens inside your own Google account through Google Apps Script.
SoyaTools' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can uninstall the add-on at any time from Google Forms (Add-ons → Manage add-ons) and remove its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Because we store no form data, nothing remains with us after removal.
The add-on is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
