PDF Split & Rename - Text & QR Splitter

문서와 영역 설정은 사용자의 PC 안에서 처리됩니다. 앱은 PDF 원본, 추출한 사번·이름·청구번호, QR 값과 생성한 파일을 SoyaTools 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
문서 접근과 처리
사용자가 직접 연 PDF의 페이지 이미지·텍스트·QR을 읽어 화면에 표시하고, 지정한 영역과 규칙에 따라 분리 결과와 파일명을 제안합니다. PDF에는 개인·급여·업무 정보가 들어 있을 수 있으므로 저장하기 전에 인식값과 페이지 범위를 확인해야 합니다. 일반 스캔 본문 OCR과 원격 AI 분석은 제공하지 않습니다.
PC에 저장되는 정보
원본은 변경하지 않습니다. 사용자가 저장을 요청하면 선택한 상위 폴더 안의 새 폴더에 결과 PDF와 처리 결과 CSV를 저장합니다. CSV에는 원본 파일명, 페이지 범위, 사용자가 확인한 식별자·이름·청구번호, 결과 파일명과 확인 기록이 들어갈 수 있습니다. 설정 저장을 선택하면 대상 월, 영역 좌표, 파일명 규칙과 고정 문구를 JSON 파일로 보관합니다.
화면과 PDF 엔진에는 Microsoft Edge WebView2를 사용합니다. WebView2의 앱 전용 로컬 프로필은 Windows 사용자 계정의 LocalAppData 아래에 생성됩니다. 앱은 문서 내용과 영역 설정을 이 프로필에 직접 저장하지 않으며, 원격 문서 업로드·광고·추적·자체 분석 서비스를 사용하지 않습니다. Windows와 WebView2 자체의 진단·업데이트 동작에는 Microsoft의 정책이 적용됩니다.
Microsoft Store와 Pro
앱은 Microsoft Store의 라이선스 API로 Pro 추가 기능의 활성 상태와 현지 가격을 확인합니다. 구매를 선택하면 Microsoft Store가 계정·결제와 영수증을 처리합니다. SoyaTools 앱은 카드 번호와 결제 비밀번호를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 문서 내용과 인식값은 구매·라이선스 조회에 사용하지 않습니다. Microsoft Store의 거래 정보 처리에는 Microsoft 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
공유·보관·삭제
SoyaTools는 앱을 통해 사용자의 PDF 내용을 수집·판매·대여하지 않습니다. 원본, 결과물, CSV와 저장한 설정은 사용자가 관리하는 로컬 파일로 남으며, 사용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱을 제거해도 사용자가 별도로 저장한 문서와 설정은 자동 삭제하지 않습니다.

PDF Split & Rename - Text & QR Splitter

Your documents and rules are processed on your PC. PDF originals, extracted identifiers and names, QR values and generated files are not uploaded to SoyaTools.
Document access
The app reads pages, text and QR codes from PDFs you choose to open. It displays them and suggests document groups and file names using selected areas and rules. Review extracted values and page ranges before saving. General scan OCR and remote AI analysis are not provided.
Files stored locally
Originals are not modified. When you request export, the app creates a new folder inside the location you choose and saves output PDFs and a CSV report. The CSV may contain source file names, page ranges, reviewed identifiers, names, invoice numbers, output file names and review notes. If you choose Save settings, the target month, area coordinates, naming rule and fixed text are saved in a JSON file.
The app uses Microsoft Edge WebView2 with an app-specific profile under your Windows account's LocalAppData folder. The app does not directly save document contents or rules to that profile. It does not use document-upload, advertising, tracking or SoyaTools analytics services. Windows and WebView2 diagnostics and updates follow Microsoft's policies.
Microsoft Store and Pro
Windows Store APIs check whether the permanent Pro add-on is active and retrieve its local price. If you choose to purchase, Microsoft Store handles your account, payment and receipt. The SoyaTools app does not receive or store card numbers or payment passwords. Document contents and extracted values are not used in commerce or license requests. Microsoft Store transactions are covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Sharing, retention and deletion
SoyaTools does not collect, sell or rent your PDF contents through this app. Source files, output PDFs, CSV reports and saved rules remain local files under your control. You may delete them yourself. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete documents and rules you saved separately.
