Terms of Service
By installing or using a SoyaTools product – including the Google Workspace add-on Duplicate Cleaner for Google Forms™ and the Windows app MPP Viewer - Gantt & Schedule Reader (each a "product") – you agree to these terms.
Using the products
- You may use Duplicate Cleaner only on forms you are allowed to manage, and open schedule files only if you are allowed to view them.
- Deleted form responses cannot be restored by Google or by us. Review the preview and download the backup before deleting. You are responsible for the responses you choose to delete.
- MPP Viewer is a read-only viewer. Because schedule file formats are proprietary, some details may be displayed differently than in the program that created the file. Check critical dates against the original before relying on them.
Paid features
Prices are shown before purchase.
- Windows apps (MPP Viewer Pro) are sold through the Microsoft Store. Payments and refunds follow Microsoft Store terms.
- Google Workspace add-ons: Pro features, when available, are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored.
No warranty
Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, including when Google or Microsoft change their services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SoyaTools is not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue a product. Updates will be posted on this page. You can stop using a product at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
