개인정보처리방침 (요약)
MSG·EML·PST 뷰어는 사용자가 선택한 메일 파일과 메일함(.msg, .eml, .pst, .ost)을 사용자의 PC 안에서만 읽으며, 메일 내용과 첨부파일을 업로드하거나 저희에게 보내지 않습니다. .pst / .ost 파일은 읽기만 하고 바꾸지 않습니다. 메일을 보여 주기 위해 PC의 임시 폴더를 쓰며, 앱을 닫으면 삭제됩니다. 외부 이미지는 기본으로 차단되고, 사용자가 [이미지 불러오기]를 누를 때만 불러옵니다. 계정, 분석, 광고, 추적 기능이 없고 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. Privacy Policy – MSG, EML & PST Viewer (Windows)
This policy covers "MSG, EML & PST Viewer - Email File Reader" (formerly "MSG & EML Viewer - Email File Reader") for Windows (the "app"), published by SoyaTools on the Microsoft Store.
Your emails stay on your PC
- The app opens email files and mailboxes (.msg, .eml, .pst, .ost) that you choose, and reads them only on your computer.
- Email contents and attachments are never uploaded, sent to us, or shared with anyone.
- To display a message, the app extracts its body and attachments to a private temporary folder on your PC. This folder is deleted when the app closes.
- The app reads .pst and .ost files without changing them.
- PDFs, EML files, CSV files and saved attachments are written only where you choose.
Remote images
Emails can contain images hosted on the internet, which can reveal to the sender that a message was opened. The app blocks these by default. They are loaded only if you click "Load images" for that message, in which case your PC connects directly to the server named in the email. Scripts inside emails are disabled.
Information we collect
None. The app has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not collect personal information.
Purchases
The optional Pro upgrade is sold through the Microsoft Store. Payment and license checks are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We do not receive your payment details.
Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
